Our Executive Board

Board members are selected by a nominating committee and then voted into office by the membership.  The slate of officers is presented to the membership at the November meeting, with additional nominations from the floor, and elections are held.

The Monthly Guild Board meeting will be held virtually on the Monday before the general meeting at 6:00 PM.

Our Executive Board and volunteer committee members help make our Guild a success.  As a thank you to our outgoing President, the Colorado Springs Quilt Guild gifts her with a quilt or quilt blocks, made by guild members, to commemorate her years of leadership.

December is the month we say good-bye to the guild Board and welcome in the new Board for the upcoming year.

The purpose of the Sunshine Committee  is to uplift guild members going through challenging situations. The guild would like this person to know they are being thought of by sending a card or note to brighten their day.   

Cards are sent on behalf of the guild on the event of a death in the family, illness, surgery or in times of stress. If you know of a member who is ill or has had a death in their immediate family, please notify the Sunshine Committee so an appropriate card can be sent.
